Refund Policy – Unity Asset Store MCP Pro

14 days, no questions asked. If Unity Asset Store MCP Pro is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- From your receipt. Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy order receipt email, or the "My Orders" page at Lemon Squeezy.
- By email. Write to hello@enophiastudio.com with your order number, or the email address you used to buy.
Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
- The license stops working. The license key from that order is disabled. Pro tools stop working on every machine where it was activated.
- Free tools keep working. The free edition and the free tools stay available to you.
Update renewals
Purchases that extend your update period are also refundable within 14 days. After a renewal is refunded, your license keeps the update period it had before the renewal.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are not refundable. There are two exceptions:
- Product not working. If the product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem, contact us and we will find a solution, which may include a refund.
- Legal rights. You keep any right to a refund that the law in your country gives you.
Fair use
We may refuse refunds if someone repeatedly buys and refunds the product. We may also refuse if a license was used in breach of the End User License Agreement, for example by sharing the key.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal in the EU and under Turkish consumer law. It does not limit them. Because we already offer a 14-day refund for any reason, you do not need to waive any withdrawal right to receive the software immediately.
